Technology Transfer
- Interactions with industry: Our partner Hydro-Québec (IREQ) initiated the deposition of n-type Cu1.0In1.05S2.1 films onto patterned ITO on glass substrate using an automated system dedicated to the deposition of large surface area. This is the first step toward the development of an industrial-like process to fabricate p-n junction Cu(In,Al)S2-based solar cells.
